Volpass app for iPhone and iPad

Overview
Volpass is an app that connects volunteers and organizers, creating a volunteering network. Users can use the app to view and register for events. Users can filter the events by the date, so that more relevant events will appear on your home page. Additionally, we have integrated a google map to make it easier for users to see which events are near their location. Our software also allows users to track down their volunteering hours in an online format. Volunteers can request volunteering hours and the organizers will sign off those hours using an online signature pad. Volunteer hours will be tracked in a volunteering hours log, which can be printed. Users can also give feedback on the discussion page of an event by posting comments and giving likes and dislikes.

Roles
Guests: Guests can view events and search for events on Google Maps. They will need to create an account to use further functionalities.

User: Users have all the abilities of a guest but can also register for events, post comments, and use the volunteer hour log to track down their volunteering hours.

Organizer: Organizers have all the abilities of a user, but can also create events and credit hours with a digital signature.

Ambassador: Volpass has an ambassador program, where the main purpose is for students to market events and create events for organizers. When students register as an ambassador, they don’t have immediate access to the app. They need to get approval from the Volpass development team, and then you can proceed to use the app.
